RecommendedI tried to give them 5 stars but doesn't give me the option. I had went to SVS twice before coming here which the staff was very nice there but my finished product wasn't up to par like My Optical Life. Steve seen everything through til the end and I am grateful for him. I am super happy with the prescription and love my REAL TREE glasses. Excellent quality. Thank you my brothers from Flint. 5 stars
Very friendly staff and they were very patient with me while I tried on a lot of frames until I found the one that I liked......just picked up my new glasses......LOVE THEM💞💞💞😊😊😊👍👍👍
Went there in January for a contact fitting, staff seemed great, and the exam went very smoothly. I was told they would be in within 5 business days. However I have tried calling multiple times to see if my contacts were in, left multiple voicemails, and never heard back from them. I had to retake my eye exam with another provider last week, and it is no longer covered by my insurance because My Optical Life claimed the exam (even though they told me I was paying out of pocket), and did not provide full services.
