My wonderful husband secretly planned this excursion for my 45th birthday & it was incredible! Another one of my dreams that he has made come true!

Went last week for our 40th wedding anniversary. Great trip! Beautiful train and scenery! And the food was fantastic! My only complaint is that it was REALLY crowded. 4 chairs to a table is just too much, two would be a lot better. Very little elbow or foot room; kinna spoiled the experience. Suggestion....seat 2 to a table and make two trips a night instead of one!
Cancelled our train ride with only 3 days notice. We are stuck with a non-refundable hotel in Lexington on Friday night. Thanks!!

Wanted to thank the crew of the lunch train today for carrying out my proposal to my amazing and beautiful fiance. Especially our waitress, Jordan Rogers on only her second day, and everyone involved. Awesome experience and time.
Weekend ruined- very disappointed in RJ Corman railroad. After several calls a few weeks ago to set up a homeowners dinner for champion trace, we were told there was no more room on train. Staff miscommunicated horribly about group sales for large parties. We now have 20+ people who had plans to go on the dinner train and are now VERY disappointed. VERY unprofessional!!
