I had an appointment 1 pm and I wait until 1 05 I reminded that my appointment 1pm .without the apology the owner said have to wait for another 1/2 an hour with her rud voice .l would never come back

MINDY! She is so amazing She has been my go to lady for my hair for a few years now. She listens to what I want and she is so nice. Sometimes there is a wait, but I understand because she does not charge an arm and a leg! Mindy will always be my hair stylist as long as I live in OC. I recommend her to everyone

Terrible experience. The stylist didn’t listen, rushed the job, and gave me a haircut nothing like what I asked for. The place felt unprofessional and unhygienic. I left upset and now need to get it fixed elsewhere. Total waste of time and money.

Asked for a blowout which was $15 but all the person in the salon did was shampoo and blow dry. And she said it won’t last for more than a day. There was no treatment to the hair. So her blowout was actually just a blow dry.

If you want no frills and inexpensive then this is the place for you. I came in for a perm, got talked into a little layering ( he said keeping the length ). The stylist cut off too much ( 2 - 3 inches more than we agreed ). So I probably won't be back, there are other places.
