I have used My New Maid a few times. Their cleaning crew has been top-notch, but unfortunately, they save your billing/credit card information and they wound up charging a lot of people (including myself) due to a breach in their system. They had a recording on their 1-800 number stating this, so it obviously happened to enough of us to make a recording about it.
