John was amazing! We just moved here and weren't familiar with the area. He was so helpful from the time we checked in until we had our truck unloaded. Everything from providing us with water, allowing us to come in and cool down and even seeing if we needed help with anything. He certainly goes above and beyond his duties. We highly recommend this facility. It's safe, secure and John is a great guy to work with. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING!
