I talked to Crystal to see if they could help me out with my daughter's 2004 Honda Civic. Right away she pulled Ryan off of what he was doing so he could talk to me. He asked me a few questions and then told me he could troubleshoot and find the problem. Skeptical as I was, I couldn't have found a better shop or people to deal with. He was awesome. Crystal was updating us as to the progress and finally as to what the problem was. Professional and courteous service as well as fair pricing. A customer for life. Marty
What an amazing mechanic Ryan is! I have never had such exceptional service from a mechanic. He is a very trustworthy and honest man. He will tell you what needs fixing right away and what can wait. we took are van to have the brakes done and air conditioner looked at. They did a great job on the brakes. Thank you for good job and being honest.

Ryan is amazing! He is honest, reasonable & fast . He knows what he is doing. We had our truck towed to Neighborhood Mechanic with major issues on a Sunday night . As soon as Ryan looked at the truck he gave us estimates & several options. He never did anything without us knowing. By Tuesday night he called saying he would come get me so I didn't need a second driver . He will do that if possible for people who are close enough. At least now he does . This guy knows what he's doing! We brought our Buick rendezvous in and didn't know what was going on with it. He took time to figure out the problem and fix it while being honest and giving us a fair price.
Fantastic service at an incredible price. Definitely glad I found this place and will continue to come back. Can't beat it (thanks guys).
