This place is absolutely amazing. it's the one Auto Repair place where I honestly see that the mechanics are not trying to rip you off. This is my second visit and not only do Ryan and his crew work fast and know their craft, they are honest, show you the problem, go over possible solutions and offer extremely reasonable prices for repair. I brought my older Acadia (but a good runner) to the dealership with oil pressure problems and they told me my bottom cylinders were worn and it needed an engine. knowing the age and mileage they looked into a rebuild, which was quoted @ $9000. Being it's not worth it and I'd have to buy a new vehicle, inwhich I cannot afford right now, I wanted a second opinion. last week when my check engine light came on, I called Neighborhood Mechanic, from setting the appointment to speaking with Erik this business is very professional, accommodating and so friendly. Erik went above and beyond my expectations. He searched to find a more reasonably priced part needed for my car, he didn't have to do that, he could have went the easy more expensive route, he chose the high road. I highly recommend this business, I will definitely be back!
