I had been coming here since they opened the staffs that doing a good job that is Jenny Mimi Christina Justin and Tina they had been such a hard time to find more employees that can do good job but they still trying please people if you are new customers plod not following bad reviews at least give them one try and see and come in ask for some of the good technicians can work on you also

Today is the last time I tell anyone to come here. So I typically have no issues with this nail salon usually I can go in and get what I want no problem even when they are busy. When I first started going I recommend everyone. However the service I received today was quite derogatory. I went in at 2:30 today they were busy no big deal I tell them what I want they say okay Ill be right with you theres only maybe 7 people inside total I pick out the gel colors I wanted sat for 30 minuets no service whatsoever nobody asked if I... read more

Have been going to My Nail Spa for a couple of years. The service you receive depends on who you get to do your nails. Initially I was very happy with my Mani/Pedi's, unfortunately I have had 3-4 bad experiences recently and am no longer going to come here. The last pedicure I had was so bad that I went home, removed the polish and repainted myself. This salon is too inconsistent in the quality of service to continue frequenting it.

Just left this place fuming mad!!!! I have been here several times and received good service, until today!!! Started off with woman who I think may be the owner as she started to shorten my nails first hit of the drill I was cut. A few nails later I was cut again the same way, and yes I have gotten nicked before not a biggie but this was just pure carelessness. I WAS IN THIS SHOP 04/28/2015, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE BEEN HERE, I WOULD NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE. BUT THERE WAS A WOMEN COMPLAINING TO TINA THE OWNER. THAT HER EMPLOYEE'S WERE BEING RUDE BY SPEAKING THERE LANGUAGE INFRONT OF CUSTOMER'S.TINA DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING THAT NOT ALL NAIL TECH'S IN GEORGIA CAN SPEAK ENGLISH, AND THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THE BOSS CAN COMUNICATE TO THEM WHAT THE CUSTOMER NEED'S. I HAVE BEEN TO THIS SHOP MANY TIME'S. THEY ARE ALWAY'S SWEET & DO A GREAT JOB. THE MAIN REASON I GO THERE AND RECOMEND ALL MY FRIEND'S, IS THAT IT IS ALWAY'S SO SANITARY. THEY USE THE PLASTIC LINRE'S IN THE PEDICURE BASIN'S, THAT NO BODY ELSE DOES. I HAVE ALWAY'S HAD A GREAT TIME THERE.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS SALON FOR 5 MONTH'S. THE OWNER TINA IS THE SWEETEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MEET. THE PLACE IS ALWAY'S CLEAN, AND THE EMPLOYEE'S ARE VERY FRENDLY. THE BEST MANICURE & PEDICURE I HAVE EVER HAD.
