Lani was so great and thoughtful to listen.
Had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The staff was rude and unprofessional, making my wife feel really uncomfortable. Instead of a relaxing visit, she left feeling bad. Customer service should be a priority, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Would not recommend.
I had the worst experience at this nail salon. The staff was incredibly rude, sighing and shrugging whenever I asked a question. They were condescending and even made me feel uncomfortable with their attitude. I couldn’t help but notice how sweet and attentive they were to the regular customer, while I (first time customer) was treated with complete indifference. If you’re looking for a welcoming and respectful experience, this is definitely not the place. 10/10 do not recommend.
