Here's my experience trying to use MVP for Timeshare Exchange. I sent this email to yet another contact today. I began an attempt to resolve a major issue with My MVP Membership on 1/11/2022. I called the Concierge number, reviewed issue with Esteban, and a ticket was logged and is available to view on my account. I was promised a call back in “4 to 5 working days”. No call came.
