I popped in here yesterday looking for macaroons and found so much more! The staff was extremely kind and helpful, not to mention patient as I took forever deciding what to get. The amaretto and pecan cookies are out of this world. I highly recommend this bakery and will absolutely be back!
The owner Anthony was very nasty to me when I called to try and place an order for a cake! No work ethic ! Not friendly! Terrible customer service! Very short with me! Talked loud and over me. Didn’t even listen or hear me! Was obnoxious ! Plenty of other friendly pleasant happy bakeries to deal with !
Always so good! We stopped in a few days ago for some rainbow cookies, rugelach, and napoleon pastries. Delicious!
RecommendedI stopped at this bakery on Thursday, after seeing a bunch of Facebook posts about it. And I was completely blown away. The best pastries I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot. Lobster claws are my absolute favorite and these were the best I’ve ever had. Buttery soft outside and the custard blew me away. Absolutely delicious and I will be going back for more ASAP. Highly recommend!!!!
RecommendedThey have such great desserts as well as other products they sell. Love all the stuff I bought from them and Anthony has been wonderful to us. I will return to get more goodies.
RecommendedAnthony Romano is so charming just a baker from the Bronx doing his thing here in PA. Definitely worth the ride from the hideout. Pastries are the best you can get. This will be a family tradition every time we are up at Mac’s Lair.
