Super slow shipment process took them a week to create a label at the post office still don't know if it was mailed
I needed to replace the hand grab rail on my 2018 RAM Power Wagon. I found one that I thought would fit according to the Fitment List. My VIN showed an error. They responded to my email and got me the correct part for less$. It fits just right.
What a joke. Delivery timeline has far exceeded expectations. Spoke with a rep last Wednesday. He assured that it would be overnighted the following day, arriving by last Friday, which was 3 days ago. No part still.
Part was as expected. Fast shipping.
Very good very fast but kinda expensive for that small part but I understand it was an European car
