Had an appointment Oct 20th drove 2(+) hours to get there and they were closed!! No call from them informing us they were going to be closed. Very unprofessional! Wont be back!
I went with my niece on November 9, Her appointment was at 3, we got there at 2:45 waiting til someone got there. Someone finally showed up at 3:20, but only to tell us that she didn’t know anything about any appointments and gave us the owners number to call. The lady parked in front, but went out the back door. Which seems funny to me. We never did get ahold of the owner, we left her a message and didn’t hear back from her. This is very unprofessional. My family and I had a wonderful experience! I absolutely loved the viewing room. It was so spacious and everyone in our family was able to go in. The staff made us all feel so comfortable, we were so excited! Was one of the most memorable times for our whole family.
