Your billing department is atrocious. Every visit there is some change from years ago. For long term patience like me...four years plus, its annoying because I always pay my bill. It got so bad I keep every receipt now in case your firm bills me again in two years. Its disrespectful to the patient. Especially the mentally I'll who may not remember. I do. I now have receipts. It is really unprofessional.
Nothing new needs to be done. Everyone I've come in contact with has always been supportive, understanding and extremely kind!
