The clinic at 1081 Carling is well run. Staff efficient and helpful, Dr. Ife very nice to deal with. However the one on Richmond Road is a zoo.
When I went here to register for a new family doctor, I have set up an appointment, and i saw that they prioritize walk in patients instead. I had to wait about 3-4 hours to be seen just for a meet and greet and turns out they forgot about me. I thought to give it a chance but the 2nd time I scheduled an appointment, turns out they moved to another building, there were only small paper sign in the old clinic stating they have moved to a new location but no updates via email or their website at the time. Dr Carrington is incredible. Takes the time to teach and listens attentively. Staff are so kind and helpful and smiling. I'm go glad I found you.
Friendly staff The adorable little babies and toddlers I saw 🥰were soooo cute ☺️ lovely location too.
I am grateful to have Dr. Ife as my new doctor. I find him to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and quickly up to speed on my chart and unique medical needs. The clinic staff are kind and helpful. I feel confident I am in capable hands now, as my old doctor retired.
