If you need a pap smear exam, do not go to the Carling location. I have never had a more unprofessional appointment in my life. Firstly, the person performing the exam didn't provide her name or information. She sat me down and told me to get undressed. When I asked for a blanket or something to cover myself with, she said they didn't have any. I then asked her to go ask (!!!) and she came back with some flimsy paper sheets. I do not usually post reviews. Please avoid this place at all cost. If you are reading this and think this is a cranky patient, I worked as a receptionist for 4 years so I understand that it can be hard to work in a medical setting. I try to be patient and kind. When the clinic opened it was impossible to reach reception but, that improved (still limited hours). I rostered under Dr. Chinagorom. He had good bedside manners. I really should have read the reviews before accepting this location for my new family doctor. Reception staff are terribly receptive and you have to call for their attention at the desk because they avoid all eye contact and won't greet you. I had a scheduled appointment that ran 40 minutes late. I even told them at the desk that if the appointment is running over 20 mins late, then I'm leaving and they kept reassuring me that this never happens and I will be seen next...
