Honest – I called last week because of a noise coming from my front wheel on my VW Golf. They told me to come in the same day around 1.30PM. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. An employee took my car for a test drive and told me that he could not hear any noise, so we both went together and again there was no noise. He explained to me that since I recently had changed the breaks and rotors on my car it could be that they had to be driven in first. Very honest – They always do excellent work!!!! They never try to tell me I need additional work and always fix what I bring it in to get fixed. They are very honest!!! My whole family goes to My Mechanic!!
Mine from now on – It was fortuitous happenstance that I fell upon this car repair shop. I had been working in the city for TWO days when I got a flat tire and was towed to this little gas station solely because it was the closest repair shop. The guys at the shop were efficient, reasonably priced and so kind. They didn't try to up-sell me on things I didn't need, nor tell me that I had belts, alternators and tubes in need of unnecessary replacement. Done in no time – Took my truck to My Mechanic at 11am and it was done by 3pm with quite a few things that needed to be done to it. I was very happy that I had my truck back in time for my date that night!
Trustworthy – My mechanic is the only place I will ever bring any of my cars to be fixed. They are trustworthy and honest. Shop is clean and the front desk lady is so nice! My Mechanic has our family's business for a long time!!
