Wanted to do a follow up to my 1 star review. I was called back and I returned for my massage and was given a heavy discount for the inconvenience. I appreciate the effort and ended up getting an amazing massage by Michelle. Will return for further massages and glad they cleared up the problem!
Booked 9:30am appt, had reminder message as proof… rang the bell 3 times before anyone helped me. Finally went back to a room at 9:40 but she had no clue I was supposed to be there… laid there 20 minutes with no one coming in or updating me. Decided to get dressed and leave. Didn’t see a single person when I walked out. Waste of a trip. Made this appt for myself as I have a 6 month old baby at home and needed some time to myself.. super disappointing.
