We've been working with Bonnie, Misty, and Andy for the past few weeks to list and sell our mother's home in Bend, Oregon home. They have made the whole process go easily for us. I know there are no guarantees that all will go smoothly, but our sale did. It was nice working with the group as a team, since this meant that we always had someone available to help us with the various aspects of preparing, listing, showing, and selling the home. Misty was awesome! Wife and I were first time home buyers and she helped us through all the annoying first timer questions we had. As well as met with us and kept us updated on events, as well as sent us homes that popped up on websites or ads we weren’t tracking on. Couldn’t have had a better real estate agent to help us. Highly recommend

My husband and I were convinced that there was no way we'd be able to buy a home in bend. Misty was the only agent we spoke to that made us feel like it was possible, and that she was really working to help us achieve that dream. We are so pleased with Bonnie's assistance in both, buying and selling. We felt like we were handled with TLC. She was very knowledgable, quick to respond to our questions and aided us with negotiations. We will be highly be recommending her. We feel so blessed to have had her as our realtor agent. We don't think we could have asked for more.

We would highly recommend Misty for several reasons. Misty was in constant communication with helpful and insightful information via text, email, or phone throughout our looking and buying process. In a short span of days while in Bend, we saw multiple properties and ended buying in Bend. This was my first house buying experience and misty made it a piece of cake!! She was communicating the whole time, easy to get ahold of and very knowledgeable in all aspect even if it wasn't her job specifically to know that or help with it, she helped anyways!!! Definitely would and definitely will recommend her to people in the future!!!

In describing my experience with Misty Rupe, I could certainly discuss her values ,such as, her sense of urgency or positive attitude, but the value that stands out to me is her integrity. More important than just making the deal, Misty wanted to make sure this was the right home for my wife and myself.
