From start to finish, this was a complete nightmare. The staff were extremely unprofessional and the lashes were revolting, cheap, poorly applied, and already falling apart within days. I am fine with paying more for something done well, but here you get the worst combination possible: high prices and terrible results. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish. The customer service here is beyond terrible, and the lashes themselves were disgusting. They were cheap, poorly done, and already falling apart within a week. I don’t mind paying more for quality, but here you get the worst of both worlds: overpriced and trash quality. Terrible experience. I went for a gel manicure and pedicure, and the technician refused to file my nails to even out the length, saying “that’s not part of a manicure.” She also left a hangnail, even though she knows how painful they are, because she claimed that’s not included either. The service was very bad, unpleasant, and completely disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, and I’ll definitely never go back.
Kiran did the most amazing job on my lash lift, brow lamination and tint. Can’t wait to come back!!
