ANASTASIIA is hands down the best lash technician I’ve ever had. I first found her before the pandemic, lost her when she moved away, and spent years bouncing between technicians who left me with thin, sparse volume, poor retention, and irritation. I came in for a brow and lip threading appointment with Kiran, which also included my first time getting brow mapping done. Given the premium price point, I expected a highly personalized and attentive experience, but unfortunately, it felt rushed. I arrived on time, but Kiran did not explain the mapping process, show me her plan, or check if I was comfortable with the shape before starting. I had such a great experience with Kiran! She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and really took her time to make sure they came out exactly how I wanted. She’s very friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable. My brows look beautiful! Definitely recommend Kiran and will be coming back! ❤️
