Horrible phone service. – I recently wanted to place an order for $60 worth of food, on their website it said they delivered every day 5-8. When I called, a child who sounded no more than 7 or 8 answered- at least that's what they sounded like. I asked if they delivered, the "child" said no only on fridays and saturdays. Okay, that was fine. I proceeded to start reading off what items i wanted, the "child" had me stop four times and i could hear someone in the background spelling the words that they couldn't spell for them. ... read more
Awesome service – I've been going to My Le for seven years now and the service and ambience at My Le is one of the best. I've always had great service and the people are very friendly. And the food is to die for. Jenny is one of the friendliest hostesses you will ever find. She very tentative and is genuinely sincere. Appalled by their behavior – My hubby and I visited them on Nov 5th, 2008. I didn't quite enjoy my experience. We waited for a minute at the door before a slim, tall girl (Jenny?) ushered us in. After a few minutes of consulting the menu, we looked for Jenny and ordered food: Soups: Chicken Corn, Hot & Sour NYC Roll, Combination Lo Mein The soups arrived after a while, and were good. Excellent food, service and atmosphere – Had lunch today at My Le. They have just reopened after undergoing a re-model. The place looks amazing and the food was GREAT as always.
Great Vietnames/ Japanese Cuisine (open to the public March 3, 2008) – I remember the first time my wife (now an EX) and daughter walked into My Le back in 2002?We were extremely pleased with the service and excellent food, oh and the price is very reasonable as well. Great food - one of our favorites! – This is where we go when we want a casual meal that we know will be good. For over 7 years, we've never had a bad meal here. That is rare. We usually have the spring rolls and some hot and sour soup. My wife will get some sushi roll - the NYC is her favorite - and it's HUGE for less than ten bucks. They have great fried rice. Their Gen. The Abdsolute Best – When I worked less than 3 miles from MY Le, I ordered take out lunch at least twice a week, and if I wasn't working, I'd send my husband over when he left work to get it. I have been doing this since a friend introduced me to this wonderful restaurant. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Sam is the greatest.
