A waste of$200!! Thyroid labs that were received but unusable because in the long convoluted process to set up accounts and register tests I didn’t notice the info saying only send on Mon.- Wed. I read all the things, followed the instructions used the QR code to register but all for nothing because I somehow missed that detail. They offered for me to pay $80 to redo them both.
