They made a mistake in the order and did not want to fix their mistake. They claimed they had video proof showing we chose the incorrect product and she never provided the proof because it did not exist. Now we are stuck with something that we never ordered because she refuses to acknowledge she made a mistake in the ordering process. Our first order sheet was lost and she had to make a new one and still refuses to take responsibility for the mistake. We have had a couple kitchens remodeled in our rental properties by My Kitchen Design Expo. They do an amazing job and the kitchens always look beautiful. The prices are very fair, the work is done quickly and the office is so nice and helpful. We look forward to getting more kitchens remodeled by them in the future!
