I was extremely disappointed by the way we were treated at this salon. The reception staff came across as rude and unwelcoming from the moment we arrived. What was especially unpleasant was seeing one of the receptionists—particularly the middle-aged woman with short, spiky hair—rolling her eyes after I walked away because my friend decided she only wanted a wash and not a blow-dry. Never again.
Never disappointed.
I had a great experience at MKH salon, Shahnaz and Treasa are great, Professional, friendly, and caring staff. Every time I am there, I leave happy with the service they provided. Great environment and beautiful space. However, it is a turn-off when one of the recipients is rude, abrupt, and ignores clients when they walk in. I have been seeing Joyce at My Kind of Hair for many years, and I couldn't be happier. Before finding MKH, I spent far too much time and money trying different salons in the city. Joyce does an amazing job with my colour and has worked with me through many shades of blonde. My entire family now goes to MHK for colour, as well as cuts with Jan. It is convenient, good value and the whole team does an amazing job! I highly recommend MKH!
