Lack of customer service, staff never called back for appointment time, unable to reach the other office to schedule surgery appointment. I felt like we were just a number in a money making machine. The doctor literally held my son down by laying on him to sedate him for surgery. Then after, we were not allowed to sit in recovery room, we had to sit by the children receiving dental care while my son came out of his drug induced high. I do not recommend this dentist.
Dr. West was the patient, honest, and reassuring during our visit.

Dr Mason was wonderful, my kids loved him. The overall experience was great, staff is very friendly and professional! We will definitely be referring all of our friends here!
