Terrible. My kid was traumatized because of this place.
Loved this place. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My daughter was not happy. But they worked around it.
I love this this. They are very good with my kids which makes it more comfortable for them. At first they were scared now they love going. Dr.Bibb is the best.
Great place for the kids! The doctor treats them like her own and she is great! She knows what she's doing and I wouldn't want anyone else working on my kids but her! She prays over your kids before working on them which is great!!
WORST PLACE EVER!!! They change appointments without contacting patients. They schedule appointments and then have no record of them. Not friendly. My daughter left there and her shirt was soaked in the back from the water. This place should be shut down. Don't make the mistake and take your kids there. We used the Carrollton location. If you have a bad experience let it be known.
This place is a joke!!! I must say. Ms . Bibb is is a super awesome dentist and works well with the kids and does a super job.. The hygienist are all super awesome also and work well with the kids.. However the front end desk staff REALLY SUCK!! I have had so many many many issues with them. They have no clue what they are doing and no have people skills and or clue to what they are doing... I hate My Kidz Dentist. Love Dr. Bibb, but hate My Kidz Dentist! First of all.. My children go to the Fayetteville office and these people sent me a confirmation for the Newnan location. So because I couldn't get in touch with the office but phone. I took them to Newnan, for the office in Newnan to say the appointment was in Fayetteville. So then, get to Fayetteville. I called the phone number and it doesn't go directly to the location it goes to an answering service. What in the world... I asked them for a 3300 form. These ... read more
