I have had my issues with the front office staff so I won't even bother denying the other reviews below. I have since come to realize that they see a massive amount of patients everyday and that can't always be easy. However, Dr. Crystal Banks is the most thorough physician I have ever met. She is the doc for all three of our children and we love her. We trust her judgment and appreciate the time she takes to get to know all of our children.
Dr. Mondee is great. The office staff could use some classes on manners and customer communication. Other than that the doctor is superb.
They canceled my 2 kids appointments with Dr. Tice because she was sick. That is fine, as long as they can be rescheduled together again. They were rescheduled a few days later together. The dummies called to confirm but only one child was scheduled. I said forget it. They contiune to mess up the schedule over and over again. This was not the first time it happened.
