I have been bringing my child to this clinic for several years and while the cleanliness and most of the staff are impressive, the communication between Dr.'s staff and the planned course of action frequently falls short. It's not uncommon for us to arrive for an appointment only to find that no one knows what the plan is, or that I have been scheduled with a different doctor entirely, so it's essential to double-check the appointment details. Really pleased with this dental office- Dr. Lin and his team are so patient and gentle with our son. They are always running on time for the appointments - every visit has been a great one to date.
Dr. Claus and his staff are always so nice and friendly. They know us by name and always treat us like family.
Great place, great staff and the doctor was amazing. My son needed a tooth extraction but was extremely uncooperative and nervous at 2 previous dental offices. I explained this to the staff and everyone made sure he was extra comfortable and calm before and during the procedure. Very happy with our experience, thank you!
