I just wanted to express my appreciation to Doctor Young and Leslie at My Kid's Dentist in Murrieta. Their customer care is impeccable and these 2 people went out of their way to ease my oldest son's pain due to a spacer complication on a Sunday. As a parent it's nice to know that it doesn't take an act of Congress for a child that's under their care to be seen. Chase said his mouth pain went from an 8 to a zero and he got an oreo milkshake out of the visit!
New Dentist (Dr. Young)! AND it was a 1st visit for the baby! Their favorite part? Getting new electric toothbrushes! For me, as a mom, I'm happy that all went well with no tears AND that this new place has friendly and professional staff. Everyone - receptionist, insurance lady, assisants, and the dentist - were wonderful and patient with children. And it was a pleasant experience for me to talk to them too. They were very accommodating, considering I had all 4 kids there at the same time! My kids are definitely NOT scared ... read more
