Our water heater was found to be dead on a friday morning. I fully expected it at some point because it's super old. I thought I'd be taking the day off and replacing it. When I got on to the Home Depot site to find a new one, they had a page pop up to have them install it. I checked it out and within minutes, John from "My Jockey" contacted me. We had Bob come today to do work on our mini split today. He comes from My Jockey in Saratoga NY. He did a terrific job. He is the nicest guy and he was worried about cleaning up after he did the work and wouldn’t let me take over. He does a terrific job. He’s easy to have around. We’re happy we’re dealing with him. We were also happy buying the mini splits from My Jockey they are a great company. Very responsive when there’s a problem. Their salesman was wonderful. I would recommend buying products from them.
