If you want to sell any jewelry, using this business for consignment is not a good choice. There is not much foot traffic, a lady there at the same time I was had her rings on consignment there for four years and still no sales. The sales person was not very sensitive about his evaluation and appraisal of my jewelry. I asked him what he would sell my solitaire diamond (certified and laser inscribed) if I came in to buy it loose from him. Today was my first time using My Jewelers, and I will definitely be back! The customer service was above and beyond, the price of the work I needed done (my engagement ring resized) was WAY more cost effective than anywhere else I've priced, the turn around time was extremely fast, the finished product was flawless. I couldn't be happier, and can't recommend them enough!
A knowledgable staff with a family feel! I needed some family pieces repaired/secured to use in my wedding. The woman who helped me was both personable and knowledgable. The items were finished in just a few days and for a very reasonable cost!
My jeweler was My jeweler for years ,made several. Beautiful pieces of jewelry for us. It was fun going and picking out the stones and designs of the rings . Need to visit them again . We started going in 80's. , hope. To see you sometime soon Chad. Jamie and Paul Treacy!
I wasn't able to find an engagement ring, I had been to dozens of stores looking for something unique. When I came here within 10 minutes I had three picked out! The staff was great and I am absolutley in love with my ring.
