They’ve handled everything from setting up our Wi-Fi network, switch, and NAS storage device to troubleshooting day-to-day computer issues. They’re always responsive, professional, courteous, and quick to solve problems. It’s a huge relief knowing we have a reliable IT team we can count on.
Boris and the crew are great tech support professionals. They have upgraded our security, back up systems, network and computer systems very efficiently and promptly. We had some questions and issues, due to user error I'm sure, but they worked with us to solve all our problems at a very reasonable price. As a small business, I cannot afford an IT department, but I feel like My IT Masters is my IT department and it gives me great peace of mind knowing they are there!
