I have always had great experiences with the My Indy Dental staff. Diana at the front desk is great, and Dr. Yang and the rest of his staff have been accommodating and helpful!
Was expecting this worst today, but fairly good.
They cancelled my appointment with one week notice after confirming the appointment a few days prior. They claimed the hygienist was not going to be there and they had to cancel all of their appointments for Monday April 27th. Super unfortunate since I had this planned for over 6 months and can’t take off work willingly. Not worth the hassle - I recommend going to any other dentist in the Indy area.
Great experience! The dental hygienists and dentist go above and beyond checking blood pressure and for lymph nodes! They are very professional and have later hours to work with my schedule!
My experience there was amazing. They were very attentive to my needs . I never had a deep cleaning and filling with hardly any pain! Everyone there were polite and helpful. I would recommend anyone to My Indy Dental.
