My wife and I recently leased a apartment through My House Property. The place we leased was in terrible shape when we moved in (filthy carpets, walls, etc.). We were assured that with the current condition of the residence we would not be charged for the cleaning of these things when we moved out. Lies, Lies, Lies. My House Property provides the worst service to its customers and unfortunately their target market is College Students whose parents pay their rent without question. I have been associated with My House Property Services for two years and I have hated every day of it. All of my friends who had to deal with Kris Ticnor have absolutely hated her as well. In short, stay away from these scam artists. They have quite the con game going with their property owners to screw you out of as many charges from your deposit as possible. We took exceptional care of our rental and went above and beyond to treat this house like our own and we even made sure the owners were aware of long term issues that would be a concern for them. Perverts in my Bedroom going through my underwear drawer My roommates have locks on their bedrooms for privacy I did not have one so I put one in. After a walk through inspection I was notified by My House Property that they could not get in to my room. They sent out someone to replace my bedroom lock. It looks like its their policy that all the locks on their rentals and the bedrooms are on one master key. If you are a possible tenant, RUN!!!! Don't lease any of the properties they manage. TRUST ME, you will regret it. They will be semi-decent at first but once you are a tenant, if you need maintanance, they will take forever! If you are 2 days late on your rent they start to threaten with Eviction. If you call them for anything, they won't call you back! Watch out for these people and consider your deposit a gift, never to be seen again. Either shifty business people, or very poor bookkeeping here. Consider my experience with them: I am a homeowner in another state, and I rented my house out so I could move and attend school at CSU. I know how important it is to keep a place in good condition, pay on time, etc. To begin, I paid on time EVERY month, always kept the grounds cut, watered, fertilized, re-seeded, etc... I had no problem with My House while I lived there, but after moving out, they shorted me on my security deposit for reasons that were completely unfounded, even in the pictures that they sent me in a final walk through. They charged me for normal wear and tear on the apartment and then charged me for bills that they never gave me when I lived there, even though I asked them on a monthly basis what I owed them. These people are a disgrace to property managers!! Forget that their website emergency handle! We had a ton of snow and our heat was out and it took them 3 FREAKING DAYS to get out to fix us!!!! They won't talk to you on the phone...its all by email. They are liars and they don't obey the contracts that they expect us to abide by. There is a ton more of stuff that has happened, but trust me and do yourself a favor and go else where. No house is perfect enough to deal with these as@holes

My House Property Services took over management of my apartment after I'd lived there for a year under a different (and better) property management company. They upped the rent $100 dollars without discussing it with me, and when I addressed the issue they said it was because lawn care was included; lawn care AND snow removal were included under the other management.
