Excellent customer service
I find their prior reviews highly suspicious. My neighbor has NOT received decent care from this agency. In fact she has been highly disrespected. The care giver either does not show up - no call, or calls to say....they can't come over. This disrespectful treatment has gone on for a month and I have witnessed everything. Ive recommended she request an agency that has responsible care givers. She's a sweet old lady that needs help - not disrespect.
Amy and Abbie were incredibly kind and loving to my 92 year old mom. My mom would not have been able to remain in her home without the assistance of Abbie these last few months. She was so dependable and loving every day. What a blessing she is!
