We were looking at getting a deck roof and a double carport for our residence. My Home Improvements was one of three companies that provided us with a quote. The professionalism and thoroughness shown by Elton who attended our property gave me great confidence, as well as the detailed quote provided (along with actual online 3D models). The team at My Home Improvements were wonderful to work with from start to finish. From the time we first made contact they had availability and the job was completed before we knew it. We got solar panels and solar arks and they all look great, can’t wait to start saving money on our electricity!
Great operator, found them to be well priced, professional and prompt in all dealings. Had an asbestos roof replaced due to storm damage with a new colourbond roof, they had a slight issue in communications between the tenant and property manager causing access issues but was no fault of theirs. Credit to them they managed to still work around these difficulties and get a quality job done in an amazing time frame considering all the challenges the job presented. I had a wonderful experience with my recent 3 phase 15kw Solar installation, from start to finish the communication was first class. I would highly recommend the My Home Team.
We had these guys upgrade the gutters on our house, as we got a lot of water under the house and overflowing into the ceiling during heavy rain. We've been smashed with rain these last few weeks and the new gutters have done the job perfectly. No water anywhere it shouldn't be. Good stuff, highly recommended.
