Both of my children had to get hearing testing. Calling and scheduling was quick and easy. Reception always very friendly and with a big smile, Paperwork wasn’t exhausting, just a couple of pages. The doctor was very sweet. She explained everything in detail before it happened so that they would understand. After all of the testing, she took the time to explain to me every test result. The process is quick and smooth. Highly recommend this facility. They truly are a 10 out of 10.

I returned to the center after a 4 year lapse after receiving a free screening. It was time for a revisit as I had become frustrated with my Costco hearing aids which had been adequate at the time but not conducive to fixes or repairs as no Costco in Elko. What a pleasant surprise to find out I could get a payment plan and also get help when in Reno/sparks if there.
