Pleasant and attentive staff. Always friendly and concerned about your customers needs! Every couple of months I have minor problems with my hearing aids. I called to make sure they have a timeslot available and try to arrive properly. They always ask me in with courtesy and respect, and invariably have my hearing aids back to 100% working order within 10 or 15 minutes. It is a real pleasure to visit them and even a greater pleasure to be able to consistently hear telephone calls, and the world around me.
