You've already charged my insurance 2500.00 dollars and I do not have a hearing ais that fits and you stated 30 day free trial and you charged me after 14 days and like I said , I don't even have hearings aids cause phonak doesn't know how to make them correctly and you've already charged me like I have taken possession of them ! This company seems a little too eager to take your money before they have even supplied the customer with a product !!
