Mark is very kind and patient, and explains quite clearly the things I need to know about my new hearing aids. He fitted me with my brand new hearing aids this last week. They seem to be working well and though I’m very busy, have been able to tell that I’m hearing better already. And Shaylee at the front desk is more than happy to help with changing an appointment and explaining anything I need help with!
4/29/26 I went in for my routine check-up for my hearing aids. Mark Blau, Au.D was there, he cleaned my hearing aids and replaced the wires. He is always pleasant and does a great job. Thank you 1/21 Went in and Schaylee inspected and cleaned my hearing aids. They work wonderfully now. Thank you Schaylee had my hearing aids all repaired, cleaned and ready for me to pick up. She is very efficient.
Mark was fabulous but not happy with the hearing aids. Can't answer my cell phone, they are larger than the pair I looked at.
Very friendly environment at My Hearing Center. Dr Blau is very thorough in explaining the ins and outs with my new hearing aides. Which are making a big difference and impact in my life. I appreciate the concern that he has in making sure everything works well as we go forward.
One side of my hearing aid stopped streaming sound from my phone. Shaylee gave me instructions for troubleshooting. Didn't fix it. Then she ordered new ones under warranty. Very satisfied
