I was just told that My Hearing Centers does not accept Medicaid insurance. When I asked if I could pay cash I was told they do not accept cash. Unbelievable!
They were very good about making me feel comfortable.
In the last 15 years I've tried three different hearing aids. Too much background noise, made my ears itch to the point of pain. I always just gave up. A week ago, I went to My Hearing Center on Bonanza Road in East Las Vegas. Sharon was very friendly and professional; I went in to see Dan Cobb and had my hearing tested. I am a 59 year old women who was fit with hearing aids by a specialist in a different state. I ended going to Dan to have adjustments made as I wasn't hearing very well with my aids. Dan was so kind, professional and understanding in listening to me and my frustrations. He was able to reprogram my hearing aids so I could hear much better. I couldn't believe the difference in my hearing after Dan adjusted my aids.
