This doctor actively solicits reviews from current patients which creates an uncomfortable power imbalance. I felt obligated to leave a positive review.I have since removed it from Google. She is fine when patients don't have much going on medically. However, because she primarily works via telehealth it is difficult when you have even a minor issue (e.g., a UTI, a sore throat, a stomachache). In those instances she can't test for anything (even basic things like urinalyses and strep tests) and will either send you to urgent... read more

My experience with My Happy Doctor was amazing! She spent time checking my medicines with my condition in detail, sharing the benefits of each. I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts and concerns about certain medicines, and she calmed my doubts. A great listener! She is also affordable and will collaborate with any patient. Thanks HD

Dr. Deepti’s meet-and-greet sessions are super helpful! She walked me through the complexities of insurance, explained the benefits of direct primary care (DPC), and clearly outlined the differences between a traditional PCP and a DPC. She was extremely patient and attentive, listened to all my concerns, and took the time to ensure I fully understood everything.
