My Gym offers age-appropriate classes for children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Our classes are designed to enhance strength and coordination as well as build social skills, confidence and self-esteem. Our noncompetitive programs are jam-packed with exciting games, relays, gymnastics, music, dance, swings, rides... and most of all, FUN! Absolutely Fantastic!! – Our daughter Bridget absolutely loves My Gym! The staff is very attentive and very easy for the children to warm up to. With every week offering a different environment for the kids to explore and learn it is awesome! She has learned so much from patience, how to play and share better (shes not an only child but her brothers an sisters are 22 to 17 years old so she may as well be an only child!) Great place for kids couple who runs is really great
We LOVE My Gym! – My son, Zachary, LOVES My Gym! It was his first "class" experience and he shocked me with how well he adjusted immediately. I know that it was because of the nurturing and encouraging teachers and environment. He has a LOT of extra energy and they keep him moving the whole time. He has learned to follow directions, take turns, be a team player, and it has really built his independence, and self esteem!
