The technician was courteous and knowledgeable. They came the same day i called within a couple of hours. Great reliable service
Had an A/C check but wasn’t exactly satisfied with the customer service this time. Technician blew a fuse because he didn’t shut off the unit before checking filters. After confirming with office person at time of booking that we would need new filters, he never brought them. Didn’t show up for 1st appt booked several weeks ago & office person claimed she called & left message but had wrong number. After rebooking appt, company owner called to request postponing because of overbooking.
