The dr was very sweet and informational. However, when I scheduled my basic teeth cleaning that is covered by insurance I was told that since the dr recommended I have a more in depth cleaning, that I would not be able to receive the basic cleaning. And when I canceled the appointment since I would not be getting the service I requested and did not want to pay $100 for the other treatment, I was charged the cancellation fee.
My Greenbelt Dentist has been my dentist for almost two years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about everyone who works there, especially Jackie. I had an amazing time at my appointment today and Jackie came into the room with such a great attitude.
Dr. Tolu is an absolute professional. She took the time to explain every step of my cleaning and filling procedure, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her gentle approach and attention to detail were incredible. The staff was equally amazing. Front desk was so helpful in scheduling my appointment and explaining my insurance coverage.
