Even though she was still a little nervous she hopped right into the chair and let them pierce her ears. They make the whole process simple and as a parent you leave understanding everything you need to know for follow up. I am so glad we brought our daughter to My Friend Kate. She would not have had near the wonderful experience anywhere else!
