Excellent experience at My Friend Kate! My 7 year old was very nervous to have her ears pierced; the ladies were so patient & calm and thankfully were able to get my daughter to calm down and agree to pierce her ears. Very experienced, very patient, great products for sensitive ears, would highly recommend!

My 2 year old daughter got her ears pierced today. I was prepared for her to cause a scene, but she didn't. My Friend Kate was very professional and calming to my daughter. They were very quick and efficient with the whole piercing! I definitely will recommend them for piercings! Thank You guys!!!

I haven't been able to wear earrings in many, many years because my skin is so sensitive. My ears turn red and itch almost immediately after putting earrings in. As soon as I walked in the door Kate took "the challenge" and hooked me up with some free earrings. She even gave me the last of her Ear Magic. They've been in 2 days now and I cannot wait to come back to purchase some more. Thank you so much! I'll see you soon.

My 6 yr old got her ear pierced today and they were wonderful. She didn't cry one tear and said that wasn't so bad. I would recommend them to anyone that has a little girl that wants to get it done!!

I had my 8 month old baby's ears pierced a few weeks back, and it was a breeze! Abby is so good with babies, and she totally put me at ease before piercing!! Within minutes, we were done… Her ears look just perfect, and I appreciate the time, care and concern both Abby and Kate have given us during our follow-up checkups, as well!!
