Dr.Smith is great ! She has been my sons doctor since birth and he is now 6yrs old !
Wait time is not acceptable! To wait for over an hour is not ok. Besides that staff is friendly, office is clean.
I was going to switch my kids to this office, and went in for my sons first appointment today. Well, I can say I felt completely uncomfortable. There were parents there with their kids, who were sick yet sitting in the non sick waiting room. He said probably around 50 cuss words, and very loud. The office staff were very polite. The wait time has been am hour every time we have been there. The doctor reads od a script from her lap top. Does not educate or give much information. The receptionist always seems annoyed and is not welcoming. The doctor is polite but thats about all I would say is good about this practice.
