The most unique hotel among those I've ever been to.
food was a bit pricey for what I ordered. I feel the food should of been $9.99 not $16.00. Cake was great!

Great place for lunch and to shop. We love this place. It's our 2nd time visit to have lunch.
Our main reason for staying overnight in SLO; down from SF to LA, is the Madonna Inn. Had a chuckle when we entered our room; quite the kitschy decor. Dined and enjoyed our meal at the Steakhouse, and look forward to breakfast tomorrow at The Copper Cafe before our departure. UPDATE: The 5-Star Review is for the shower...it was the BEST hotel showering experience EVER!!
Amazing place to see but in terrible need of restoration to its former glory the restaurants and waitresses shoes and aprons were filthy as was carpet, drapes, dusty beams and disgusting windowsill - worthy a go as it's quite different, fun and amazing but whoa is it overdue!!
The food isn't where it use to be. But then all the great cooks that kept people coming back are all dead. But I still love the place. Still love the room as well

Such a fun and unique experience. I enjoyed seeing someone else's dream a reality and there is so much to look at. Grounds are beautiful. Service was excellent. Meal and cake was super tasty.
