DO NOT GO! TACKY AND RUDE! Made a reservation 2 months ahead, asked for pies to be added to reservation. Get there an hour before to check in and the hostess tries to seat us at a table that would not accommodate us, I said no, then was told to wait in the lobby for 45 min to 1 hr or more for them to put the tables together. Did I mention they hd no pies. These people did not care and rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
It was my 1st time at this hotel and it was a nice room BUT!!!! NO BLACK .OUT CURTAINS so at night the light shined right in the room and In the morning everything was bright from the sun light coming in so I didn't sleep well I like dark when I sleep but I will be back for 1 more stay give it 1 more chance
If I could give ths place a zero, I would have. We made reservations months in advance for breakfast, since we were going to be in town for a wedding. We were told we would to wait an additional hour past our reservation time because they were so busy. The hostess was rude and only recognized us when we told her we leaving. This place was highly recommended, a must experience and the experience was all BAD. I wouldn't waste my time at this dump and cannot recommend it.

I've never had the pleasure of staying here but as a local I have eaten here many times. The food is always good and the service has always been top notch! Breakfast is my favorite but if you are looking for a good steak I'd say they have one of he best in town. I always get fooled with the pink sugar, twice I thought it was Himalayan salt and have salted my eggs, LOL! I've attended some of their functions up on the hill also and it is always very well put together. All around Just a very nice place!
Wonderful romantic get away. Stayed in the Rock Bottom room #143. The pool and jacuzzi were divine. Alex's Steak House was phenomenal. I suggest the Oak grilled Lamb chops so delicious! The Spa is a must well worth the price.
Madonna Inn has always been one of my favorite places to visit since the 1980s. It's beauty and charm captivates everyone who comes to visit.
What a beautiful place to relax and unwind! The mood is serene and the grounds are breathtaking. We stayed in the "Merry" room and it was a romantic, glittery, decadent lair. We ate at both restaurants, enjoyed drinks at The Terrace, was pampered with Bamboo Bliss massage at The Spa, and swam in the pleasantly warm waters of the infinity pool - plus enjoyed the hot tub! Will go back again and highly recommend! ❤️
