The decor is definitely as cheesy as I thought it would be..if you love the 60's -70's you will love staying here. The dinner in the Grand Ballroom is fun with the extravagant florals and table settings. Our waiter Alfredo was great and the live piano was entertaining. Definitely not the best steak filet you will eat however the portions are good sized. Breakfast was good- recommend pancakes! The walls to the rooms are paper thin which was unfortunate... you could hear EVERYTHING !

We were celebrating my daughters 18th birthday and we had the best time ever. Wonderful people working there. Super clean rooms. Very very nice. Can't to go back.
My husband planned a romantic weekend with a Friday arrival. He had arranged for the honeymoon package that consisted of champagne, wine glasses and rose pedals. They were not there when we arrived. Hubby called front desk, they apologized and stated they would do Saturday evening. Saturday he called to make sure it was there when we arrived after a day jn Solvang. It was our second Thanksgiving with our special needs daughter, couldn't ask for better service and amazing food and such warm ambiance. The surface was spot-on, we never felt rushed and staff was gracious and attentive. Looking forward to returning next year!
