ONE leaky faucet $344.00 This is more than the unit cost plus install originally. Left with old parts. Scammers of all scammers!

Owner called and spoke with Kevin personally, no scam there. Took the time to listen and talk to Kevin. Most of our fees are available over the phone.
I just had a new water heater installed under warranty. The new heater is covered, but not the labor. Based upon my basement configuration, I was quoted a price of $385 to $450. I was also told that I would receive a call Sunday night or early Monday morning to tell me the time frame the men would be arriving on Monday. I never received either call. He also had his water heater replaced under warranty, MFP will be submitting the warranty information. That means we paid for the water heater up front, not Mr. Iaquinta, and will wait to receive the credit.
Mark and his crew - Marybeth in the office - the entire team really did a tremendous job. They stepped in to help us avert a calamity during the February 2015 " deep freeze". We were not a client at the time and not close to their normal coverage area. They had dozens of emergencies at the time but they fit us in and saved our property. Thank you for everything!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
